FADING SAPPHIRES

By Ola Vincent Omotade

She shouted at me  '' just walk away ''
You made my past miserable, you're meant to be forgotten.

I tried  to walk gently out of her sight.
she then 'whispers'  I hate you ,cheater, devil  she said.

Then i knelt down and from my sour mouth,I said
"Could me and you with fates conspire,to break this sorry scheme of a thing entire.
Cos my glances nowadays are now in glimpse.
She looked  at me and replied i give you just five minutes.
Then i knew i had to do more of poetry and not planning.

So i started this way

Clouds and Darkness were round about me. Just like the first time i saw your face.
And After your lightning enlightened my world, there was a great race in my heart.
The way my heart beats radically still wont Change.
so I wept bitterly upon the mountains and upon the Hills and it seems someone is taking me away..

Waters cannot quench our love neither can flood drown it....wait
Just mention, even though am disillusioned.

But i want you to know if its likely you will go away in this rain
definitely you're gonna leave my heart in pain

Have you forgotten those days we walked home from Urp studio in the rain, i want you to know the most beautiful moments was when you looked into my eyes and you said I LOVE YOU MORE THAN URBAN DESIGN...

So whenever you think of break up or even fed up with my makeup
Remember those moments will fade off into the past.

With tears rolling down my cheek
Reiterating how beautiful your legs were in shoes(MAGIC)
How crazily am triggered with your bullet (LOVE)
Everyone seems am mentally derailed just because of you(STUPID)
I Guess you're not gonna leave me in this pool(HOPE)

Your smile is just so different
Apparently transparent bluesy
it sedates spirit souls and body
its just as if Other girls don't smile
Are you gonna leave with this difference?

Ever as i forevermore remember the way you scent
Performed with myrrh and Frankincense
Carrying you in my arms, When we played hide and seek thinking atimes when i wonna sleep..All my looking to your timid face when it seems you are sick
No one else will treat you the way i do
the beautiful moments like heavens atonement will fade into the past as i walk away.
Memories won't forgive as she found her way into my arms again

FEBRUARY 27

By Ola Vincent Omotade Aderonke will be my only poem that never ends, For a good woman is but a poem. A genuine poem that comes in blue moon. You are a jewel of purest gold, The smile that never grows old. You are the beauty of the sunset sky, The intricate twinkle of a happy star. You are the keeper of an unborn life, A champion, heroine, a candlelight . You are a budding shoot, evergreen, a colourful sweetness. Your laughter is like the whirlwind of the spirit, it  keeps resounding in the valleys and hills of life and motions. Encircling the hearts of men with magical notions. So now the night of January is past and the day of February is broken Today speaks of this calmness, this brightness, the one you brought. Today carries  messages of heavy words, Words that are pregnant with beauty for you. And with my golden mouth and pen, I wish to celebrate your existence. What joy of a fuller and freer life, have I got if onl...

''AM A BLACK ANGEL"

By Ola Vincent Omotade I look dark in the outside But deep within my fragile heart, lies a light. "The brightest light that shines so bright" Just as the rainbow in its gloomily, Brightens and beautifies the clouds, After a stormy rain, so I shine in your gloominess I am a black angel yet I brighten your darkest. So I stood every morning causing a radiance to your awesome smile. Even when it seems am unnoticed, I keep making you colourful and accepted. So many decades ago, I was sent to come make you fulfill To come bring you splendor in vendors. My beautiful self have I sold to your love, I live all day radically enraptured  in your world. I am your BLACK ANGEL
